We have seen many new track records but nothing like this one on our track. Jerry Morelle ran a 2.211 with his Black w Flames #3 Camaro (Johnny Lightning) in the Stock class at our April 9th meeting. The fastest track record before this was run by Greg Wrights #1 Black w Flames Camaro at the December 2010 Finals running a 2.214. Cascis Mitchell ran the same time (2.211) in the right lane two round later tying Jerrys record. Both of these times were set in both lanes of the track meaning the track was running very well. The June feature race is going to be Funny car so lets see if we can break that record. If anything can break a record it would be funny cars!
